To-Go Ware Bamboo Utensil Set : "Reduce Your Forkprint"

How could I not love a company that comes up with such a clever tag line for its product?

I'm a big fan of To-Go Ware's stainless steel food containers, so I was eager to review their bamboo utensils.

Right out of the box I loved how tidy and organized the kit is. A bamboo fork, spoon, knife, and two chopsticks are designed to stack on top of each other and fit into a carrying case made out of RPET, a material fabricated from recycled plastic bottles. Very cool.

The case snaps shut, so my utensils stay in place, which I love. Before I had this little kit I just tossed my travel and camping utensils into my large food storage bag, then wasted time at every meal trying to find them! I also like that the case has a small metal carabineer, so I can attach it to a strap on my food tote or to an organizer hook in my backpack.

The utensils are full-size, durable, and lightweight. They're also very easy to use. Some travel and camping utensils are super thin or too flimsy or too stiff or too small. When I use To-Go Ware's bamboo utensils I don't feel like I'm roughing it or use a lesser product. I like that.

On a recent road trip, my boyfriend and I used these utensils for eating and for cooking (because we forgot a spatula!). This kit is ideal for packed lunches, camping, road trips, picnics. It's also a useful thing to keep at the office so you don't have to get plastic utensils when you get take-away food for lunch.
