Sprunk-Jansen Spotless acne treatment : A Real Treat for Your Skin
Fighting blemishes used to be tricky business, but now I've found a lotion I love using. Sprunk-Jansen's Spotless acne treatment is tough on zits but soft on my face. I'm completely sold! My skin breaks out every month, at which point I usually go to the drugstore and buy a generic benzoyl peroxide cream. It's cheap, and I notice a difference fairly quickly, but it's not ideal. After two days my skin is dry and flaky and my pillow cases get stained. Sometimes the blemishes get worse after a few days because my skin is so irritated. So, I was eager to try Sprunk-Jansen's plant-based formula, but I didn't want to get my hopes up. Right out of the test packet, I was intrigued and satisfied. The light green lotion felt silky smooth and had a faint lemon scent. I love the smell of lemons, especially when the smell comes from real lemons, not a chemical fragrance. I was surprised at how nice the lotion felt on my skin, both cooling and soothing. After I applied it my face felt fresh and soft. The next morning I noticed that my blemishes had responded to the lotion and that my skin felt moisturized but not greasy. I had less irritation, and the bumps seemed a bit smaller. I continued to use the lotion every night for a week, and was happy to watch my face heal naturally. I might have seen quicker results by using the product as directed, twice a day, but since it was my first time using the Spotless acne treatment I wanted to go slowly. I was pretty happy at the end of that week when someone told me I had beautiful skin! Sprunk-Jansen's Spotless acne treatment contains lemon, a natural antiseptic, soapwort, which acts as a mild cleansing agent, and elecampane; which has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. These plants work together to fight bacteria, calm irritated and infected skin, and control sebum production. Emphasis on the word "work." I love using Sprunk-Jansen's Spotless acne treatment because the lotion feels so luxurious on my skin. I don't feel like I'm fighting acne but treating my skin to much-needed moisture. Yes, it's more expensive than the cheap drugstore acne creams, but it's worth it to give my skin what it needs. I'll be picking up a full-size tube of this soon so I can use it every day to prevent future breakouts. (I've seen this product at several online retailers, priced from $12.88 to $18.99. See shopping links below. Sold at Amazon Eco Creds: contains plant extracts, paraben-free. Bottom Line: I still can't believe Spotless is an acne treatment; it feels like a fancy moisturizing lotion.-E.D.
