Magnolia Organics Dream Collection Sheet Sets

I didn’t really know how mediocre my bedding was until I replaced it with an organic cotton sheet set from Magnolia Organics.

Wow.  What a difference.  I’ve been sleeping in these 300-count ultra soft sheets for a couple of months now and I love them.  The material is thin and silky soft, so the sheets  feel lovely against my skin.  They’re great to sleep in because they drape nicely over my body and they move when I move.  (There’s nothing more irritating than thick sheets that crinkle when I move.)  I really notice this fine material on my pillow cases; it’s a treat to use them.

The Magnolia Organics sheet set I tested was from their Dream Collection, a mid-priced line featuring a sateen-like finish in variety of light and dark colors.  The material has a subtle
grid pattern in the weave that gives the sheets a slight sheen.  It’s a nice effect, and the sheets look quite elegant.  In fact, I finally feel like I have grown-up sheets!

I spend a lot of time in bed, so it’s nice to know that my sheets are not only eco-friendly but also safe for my health. Magnolia Organics has received certification by Global Organic Textiles Standards for their manufacturing process.  They use low-impact fabric dies, they don’t use harmful chemicals, and they follow Fair Trade practices.  The sheets come in a reusable organic tote bag rather than wrapped in plastic.  I keep mine in the car for unexpected stops at the grocery store!

I’ve been using these sheets for a couple of months, and have washed them at least a dozen times.  The color has held beautifully, they haven’t faded at all, and even though I always hang them up to dry, they’re still incredibly soft.
