Ibex Scoop T : Fun and Functional

I can never get enough merino wool. There's no other fabric that feels, fits, and hangs like the the cotton tops I like, but has high tech performance features. Naturally.

My Ibex Scoop T has been a staple this spring, and I'm keeping it in the lineup for summer. I like the lower neckline, which has the same edging around the back and sides as around the capped sleeves. Nice.

I'll cop to some initial resistance to the front pleats, but have to admit they're very flattering on me. The top looks nice across my ample chest, and the torso is cut to flare out a bit to the hem. The result is a casual top that's both a bit fitted and free flowing. I've received many compliments on it, which is always nice. It's perfect with pants, shorts, and skirts.

Of course, I get the usual benefits of merino wool - lightweight, breathable, fast-drying, odor-resistant - but this time in a city top not an outdoor top (not that I couldn't and haven't exercised and hiked in it).
