Elemental Herbs Herbal Cool : It's Addictive
When it comes to pain killers, I betray my eco values darn fast for a vicodin prescription. But most of the time, I don't need the big gun relief - just something to soothe my achey muscles and joints.
I've used Arnica gels before with good results. It's like an aspirin plant that you can rub on your skin. Elemental Herbs have taken Arnica relief to a whole new level by creating Herbal Cool, a fast-acting cooling spray.
I'd like to say I use it after long runs, weekend cycling marathons, and climbing mountains -- but these days my muscles, connective tissues, and joints are throbbing by the end of the day from .....TYPING!!!! Before I go to bed, I just spray my arms from elbows to wrists, and sit back and enjoy the cooling sensation on my arms. It lasts and lasts, and the incredible menthol smell makes me feel like I've got serious plants on the job. By the time I wake up the next day, my arms are back to normal.
I love that I don't have rub in this healing tonic. I hate having lotions or balms on my hands because then they feel greasy and I have to wash them. Herbal Cool dries on its own, absorbed into my skin. So nice and easy. The small spray bottle is very handy for bedside and for tossing in my carry-on. (I'll be traveling soon, and there's no way airport security is getting my Cool spray away from me....I'll have to transfer it into a clear spray bottle.)
