Color Aromas Balancing Oils : Good for the Chakras

Sometimes the best way to clear my head is through my feet. I just put a few drops of Color Aromas balancing oil in my hands, and go to work on the soles of my feet. Even better, I have my boyfriend do it.

I'm a big believer in foot massages, chakra energy, and aromatherapy, so Color Aromas oils are the perfect antidote when I need to take a break and regroup.

I like that the oils used are pure essential oils in a grapeseed oil base. My skin absorbs them quickly, and just the act of massaging my feet is enough to perk me up. I've been using the Bright Red oil, which is formulated to work on my root chakra. The message is: "I am energy." Since I'm always tired and lack ambition, it's a good oil for me. The oils in this blend are cedarwood, cypress, and lime, not would I would normally pick for myself. However, I believe in the system, and I've enjoyed using the oil.
