Choice Organic Teas just introduced me to one of my new favorite morning drinks: Yerba Mate Mint Tea.

I've been drinking quite a bit of this refreshing herbal tea lately, and not just for its minty taste. Yerba Mate Mint Tea is a blend of organic yerba mate, peppermint, spearmint, and lemongrass; it's easy to prepare and enjoy because it doesn't need milk or sweetener. It's plenty flavorful on its own.

Yerba mate definitely requires a bit of practice to get used to because it can taste a bit grassy and burned but not this tea. Choice Organic Teas' Yerba Mate Mint Tea tastes like mint tea because the various mints in the blend dominate the flavor. The result is a delightful, energizing herbal tea that gives me the boost I need in a light, sugar-free tea.
