ChicoBag rePETe Shopping Bag : Don't Leave Home Without One

I've been traveling for the past five weeks, and my little ChicoBag rePETe Shopping Bag has been with me on almost every outing.

Why? Because I never know when I might stop at the grocery store. I'm always hungry after an urban hike or hour-long power walk, so I toss my ChicoBag in my day pack or attach it to a belt loop or to my ultra light waist pack with it's tiny carabineer.

It's little drawstring carrying pouch is about 3" x 4", and when stuffed with the bag is about the size of a lemon. I've been very impressed by how sturdy this 1.5 ounce bag is. When I stop by Trader Joe's, it's always at least a two box of soy milk trip. Add to that: peanut butter, fruit, naan bread, pasta, a bottle of tea or carrot juice, crackers, chips...and I leave the store with a bulging ChicoBag. Not to worry--CB claims the bag can carry loads of up to 25 lbs. After the hauls I've made, I believe it.

This fun back comes in five funky colors: red with brown handles, blue with green handles, brown with red handles, and in two shades of green (also with contrast color handles).

Eco Creds: fabric and draw cord are 100% recycled PET (plastic bottles), toggle is 100% recycled polyurethane, and the carabineer is 97% recycled aluminum. Sweet.
