Burt's Bees Sensitive Facial Daily Moisturizing Cream

Now that winter is here, it feels like my skin is drying out at a rapid pace. So, I've been using Burt's Bees Sensitive Facial Daily Moisturizing Cream to keep my face soft and smooth.

I was looking for a daily face cream that offered great moisturizing properties and contained natural ingredients. I'm becoming very picky as to what touches my skin lately, and I've noticed that most of the Burt's Bees products include mostly natural ingredients. I've been very pleased with Burt's Bees Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream for many reasons.

First and foremost, the Burt's Bees Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream does a great job at keeping my skin nourished throughout the day. The first time I used it, I applied it after washing my face with Burt's Bees Sensitive Facial Cleanser. I quickly learned that a little bit goes a long way, so one container should last a long time. The cream spreads easily enough and gave me good coverage all over my face, forehead, and under my chin. After letting it sit on my skin for a minute, I applied my makeup as I usually do and that was it. My skin felt protected and soft the rest of the day.

One very nice thing about the Burt's Bees Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream is that it literally has no fragrance and it contains so many natural ingredients. I figure I put enough different things on my face or body (face cream, makeup, hair products, perfume, etc) that if each one of them had it's own fragrance, I might smell a bit strong to anyone getting too close to me. This product is one less thing to interfere with my perfume, and when my boyfriend kisses me on the face he doesn't get a whiff of smelly face cream.

The Burt's Bees Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream container is great because it's easy to pump, it has a cap that fits tightly, and it's small enough to be great for travel. The container is 1.8 oz., so I can take it in my carry-on bag. I like having it in my purse since airplane air is extremely drying to my skin. On a long overseas flight, I used the Burt's Bees Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream after washing my face. I didn't apply much makeup over it so throughout the long flight, I was able to apply it again lightly on my face to keep my skin from drying out. It's wonderful getting off a plane after 14 hours with skin that still feels fresh and soft!
