Burt's Bees Sensitive Facial Cleanser

When washing my face, I want a cleanser that cleans well and leaves my skin feeling soft. I recently tested Burt's Bees Facial Cleanser for Sensitive Skin, with great results.

I use Burt's Bees products regularly, and was curious about their Sensitive Facial Cleanser. I don't have sensitive skin, but I liked the idea of a fragrance-free, natural product that would be gentle on my skin.

Since the Sensitive Facial Cleanser doesn't contain soap I wondered ho well it would clean. On my first try, I was pleasantly surprised. The cleanser doesn't produce suds like soap does, but my face felt clean after using it. I liked it enough that I now use it every night.

The Burt's Bees Sensitive Facial Cleanser has additional benefits other than just cleaning the dirt, oil, and makeup from my skin. It also has ingredients such as cotton extract, rice extract, and aloe to help soften, moisturize, and soothe my skin. That was something I noticed as soon as I rinsed my face with water - my skin felt really soft. I felt that it also left my face nice and clean because my skin looked fresh and felt smooth.

Another reason I like the Burt's Bees Sensitive Facial Cleanser so much is because it literally has no fragrance. It's also formulated to hypo-allergenic, and it's allergy- and dermatologist-tested.

I tried using the Burt's Bees Sensitive Facial Cleanser with a facial cleansing pad and a brush and it's not the kind of product you'd use with an applicator because it doesn't suds up. It just soaked into the pad or brush, but didn't spread about my face very well. I think it's best to use the cleanser with my hands, applying it directly on my face.

The Burt's Bees Sensitive Facial Cleanser can be found on most beauty or drugstore web sites, as well as in similar retail stores for around $10.00. I think that's a great price for this sensitive skin cleaner because the 6 oz. tube lasts a long time.
