Bobble Water Bottle : Transforms Tap Into Tasty
I never had a problem drinking tap water until I moved several years ago to place that has terrible water. I can taste the chlorine! Ick. For years I paid for a water service that delivered five gallon jugs every few weeks. It was a great system: I got fresh-tasting spring water and the bottles were cleaned and reused. When I left home for work, to run errands, or to get outdoors, I just filled up a reusable stainless steel bottle to carry with me. Then, my finances took a dive and I had to give up my spring water.
About that time I discovered the Bobble, a water bottle that has its own small water filter built in. Sweet. It's a clear bottled made out of recycled plastic, with a small carbon filter that's attached to the bottom of the spout. I love the design. The bold colored spout and filter are sleek and playful and the curvy design makes it easy to hold. The first day I used my Bobble I was so surprised by the difference in my tap water. It tasted just like ....water. There's wasn't a hint of the usual chlorine smell or taste. In fact, I couldn't find anything funky about my water. Yea. I love my Bobble and use it every day. In fact, I've been drinking a lot more water because it tastes good (and it's free). It also doesn't leak, so I can have it bouncing around in my pack all day and nothing gets wet. FYI, the Bobble isn't designed for camping or to purify non-potable water. Available with a variety of colored tops. Eco Creds: BPA free, recycled, reusable, made in the U.S. Bottom Line: I love this fun and totally effective water bottle. It's also great for travel since it's so lightweight.--E.D.
