Aubrey Organics Vegecol Moisturizing Cream: Green and Refreshing
I've recently been trying to "green up" my life. I haven't done anything dramatic like put a wind turbine in my yard, but I have been finding lots of small consumer-level changes I can make in my day-to-day life. Like buying natural body products. I've used Aubrey Organics products in the past, and have always thought highly of them. I decided to give one of their vegan moisturizers a try. I just wanted a light moisturizer, so I went with the Vegecol with Aloe for sensitive skin. It's just what I was looking for. When I put it on, my skin feels soft and revitalized. There's no residue and no lingering scent to make it male or femamale specific. Aubrey Organics has plenty of green credibility. Not only do they use 100% natural plant-based ingredients, such as coconut, aloe, and lemon, some of them are even growing in my yard (which hazel, cone flower, and St. John's wort). None of their products are tested on animals, and they use biodegradable recyclable containers. All good. Aubrey Organics has developed a rather extensive line of eco-friendly Bath & Body products for men and women over the last 40 years. They're definitely worth checking out. Bottom Line: An all natural moisturizer that's good for my skin and the planet.--A.S.
